Interestingly, this trend was even more pronounced among younger consumers, with 98% of millennials and Gen Z participants citing corporate social responsibility as a primary decision driver.
The survey also highlighted the importance of seamless, omnichannel experiences in building customer loyalty. According to the data, 89% of respondents said they are more likely to engage with and remain loyal to brands that offer a consistent, frictionless experience across all touchpoints - from physical stores and call centers to mobile apps and social media.
"Customers today expect a level of convenience and responsiveness that transcends individual channels," Hernandez explained. "They want to be able to engage with brands on their own terms, and to have those interactions feel cohesive and tailored to their preferences."
